Refund policy
U.S. Return Policy
We want your shopping experience to be amazing and hope that you love everything that you receive from us. We understand though that sometimes an item may be the wrong size or just not for you. If that is the case, we want to make returns easy for you. We will happily accept returns of products that haven't been worn or washed, and that have the tags still attached (see complete details below). You have 30 days after your order is delivered to initiate your return.
To start your return, click here. You will then:
1. Log into your account (all you need is the email address under which the order was placed):
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that includes the item(s) you would like to return.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for us (this helps us make your experience better in the future so we can address proactively the reasons for returns).
5. Click Request return.
If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and shipping instructions. We offer flat rate return shipping of $6.95 via USPS.
All returns must be received by Zinnia Cain within 14 days after we approve your return in order for the return to be processed and the refund made. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges due to constantly changing inventory. If you do want another size or color, please check our online store for stock and order it directly.
Please do not return any items without first notifying us and receiving approval.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email with the approval or rejection of the refund within 1-3 business days. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of an item return. It is important to note that sometimes it can take some time for your credit card company or bank to post the refund also.
Items returned that don’t meet the criteria will be shipped back to you, not refunded, and you will be charged for the additional shipping cost.
We are unable to offer returns on the following items:
- Jewelry
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please notify us at support@zinniacain.com of the issue within 3 days of receipt of the product. Please include a description of the issue along with a picture of the defect. Please note, incorrect sizing or colors that vary from expectations do not constitute defects. We also are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.
